Arlan Smith is a senior-level creative executive with extensive experience in design-led brand and marketing creative. He has lent his talents to a wide variety of platforms, starting in entertainment, but moving fully into brand and marketing work over the last few years.
He began his career as a motion graphics artist, and worked in several notable New York City post-production houses, before venturing out on his own in the startup space. In between launching businesses, he has also freelanced for many well-known design and visual effects companies in New York, worked on-site internationally, and launched an award-winning design agency, Nth Degree.
For the last three years, Arlan has been working as the Creative Director/Director of Creative Services for San Francisco based tech/media firm, Ellation, where he's responsible for all visual design and branding aspects of the company and its products (Crunchyroll and VRV).
