In 2022, I began to experiment with Generative AI. Part creative exploration and part marketing exercise, I’ve created over 100k images since then and acquired 15k followers across my social media accounts, while the technology has become central to my creative process.
My online alias has evolved over the years, and I now call this work Blobbasaurus. This gallery showcases favorite experiments that don’t fit elsewhere. Enjoy!
Narrative Concepting
Generative AI is an amazing tool for ideating narratively driven content. It could be for a movie or TV show, or simply an advertisement. This kind of image development has been part of my creative stack since the very beginning of my career. I used to scan material from books and magazines and bash it together in Photoshop. Later, of course, we would scrape images from stock sites and Google for the same task. Now, Gen AI can vastly speed up the image development process.
Architectural Visualization
Architectural visualization for developers and real estate agents is another key area of strength for Gen AI, and I’ve built an extensive set of techniques to bring these images to fruition.
I have extensive knowledge of building and interior styles, and specialize is microsegmentation to tailor results for maximum impact.
I sell quite a bit of stock imagery online, and architectural imagery is by far my top seller.
Portraiture
One of the most compelling aspects of generative AI is the ability to create extremely granular portraiture with unprecedented detail and precision.
